Description

The 6N136 is a 1-channel 8-pin high speed Transistor Optocoupler consists of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high speed photodetector transistor for each channel. A separate connection for the bias of the photodiode improves the speed by several orders of magnitude over conventional phototransistor optocoupler by reducing the base-collector capacitance of the input transistor. It is suitable for line receivers, pulse transformer replacement, output interface to CMOS-LSTTL-TTL and wide-bandwidth analogue coupling.

  • 1Mbps High speed
  • 890V Maximum working insulation voltage
  • 6000V High allowable overvoltage
  • 0 to 70°C CTR guaranteed

Applications

The focus keyphrase is the phrase that you want your post or page to be found for in search engines. Sometimes, it is a single word, but it usually consists of a few words. That’s why we call it a keyphrase. For example, if you want your blog post to rank for ‘healthy snacks’, then optimize your post for that term. Your focus keyphrase can also be longer. For instance, you could write an article about healthy snacks specifically made for kids and optimize for ‘healthy snacks for kids’. Or a post about healthy snacks to eat after a workout, and optimize for ‘healthy snacks after workout’.
